This is the development version of ARRmNormalization; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.

Adaptive Robust Regression normalization for Illumina methylation data

Perform the Adaptive Robust Regression method (ARRm) for the normalization of methylation data from the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450k assay.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("ARRmNormalization")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
