Combination Connectivity Mapping

Finds drugs and drug combinations that are predicted to reverse or mimic gene expression signatures. These drugs might reverse diseases or mimic healthy lifestyles.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("ccmap")
